Amazing hospitality and friendly staff who made us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was breathtaking, surrounded by tall pine trees and offering stunning views of the mountains and river.- The food was delicious, especially the Kashmir Kahwa tea which was the best we've had. There was also a good variety of options available.

Limited variety of food options in the surrounding area, making it necessary to dine mostly at the hotel. While the rooms were comfortable and offered great views, they could have been slightly more high-end in terms of amenities and decor.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, adjacent to a stream near the Lidder river. the lush green garden adds to the serene ambiance. the rooms are well-furnished with all necessary amenities, including a bathtub in select room categories. the staff is warm, polite, and provides excellent service. the menu offers a good variety of tasty food. Guests can enjoy indoor games and also shop for beautiful handicraft items in their on-site shop.

Some guests may find the number of guests during the low season to be low, resulting in limited buffet options for breakfast.

My new year experience was ruined by poor management. the hotel didn't organize any special events or parties for new year, and the atmosphere was dull.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel nestled amidst the beautiful valley of Pahalgam. The location was perfect, right opposite the river, offering breathtaking views from the huge windows in the rooms. The hotel even had a beautiful garden view, making it a truly serene experience. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided, including a television in the rooms. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options for everyone, including vegetarians.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
